Delivery times

We ship out products within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Please note this does not include public holidays.

Below are our expected delivery times:

• Domestic - 3-5 working days
• International - 5-10 working days

 

Returns

We are happy to provide store credit for any unwanted items, provided they are:

• in original condition
• still in shrink wrap
• not customized

We can arrange for free return shipping to VIP Bookclub members.

 

Refunds

We are happy to refund any item that that complies with our Returns policy above, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
We can arrange for free return shipping to Bookclub members.
